April, 2011Graphics and Print are delighted to announce the arrival of Mike Hutton as the new Business Development Manager. Mike has a wealth of experience gained over 25 years of working for Barclays Bank PLC and has himself been a very satisfied customer of Graphics and Print for many years. Mike will add a new dimension to the business, providing our customer base with expertise around internal communications, sales support, employee engagement and internal marketing, to complement our Award winning Print, Design and Creative capabilities.

National Head of Integrated Consumer Campaigns

Responsible for leading a team to build a highly empowered and enabled Distribution workforce, providing a consistent customer and colleague experience framework in support of the commercial plans for the UK Retail Banking Distribution channels, covering 25,000 colleagues and a customer base of over 15M. Responsibilities include the build and execution of the Strategic Consumer Campaign Plan, Integration and Maximisation of Internal and External Marketing, Governance and Maintenance of the Customer Buying Process (including CRM activities, Sales Support Tools and Sales Processes) and management of a wide range of sales related activities including Internal Management of Product Launches, Product Knowledge Improvement and consultation on Global Sales Campaign activities
