this service as detailed below.
How to use the FTP upload function:

Compress all your files for output into a single file. This can be accomplished with Stuffit? (Mac OS/X) or WinZip? (PC/Windows). This will also allow for increased upload speeds and will help maintain file integrity during large file transfers. Using your FTP Client, log on with the following

FTP Client refers to FTP client based software used to connect to FTP servers. (ie., Fetch, WS_FTP, CuteFTP, etc).
These applications are readily available via the internet for free or at a very resonable cost.

Graphics and Print (Telford) Ltd FTP Account User Agreement
1. Services Provided
Products and Services Provided By Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd through the FTP Site:
i) Uploading images: Images uploaded to the FTP site are to be for the sole purpose of transmitting images for printing or other services provided by the Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd.
ii) Digital long term storage: FTP boxes are cleared regularly and the FTP upload accounts are not meant for storage. By using this service, you agree that you maintain backup copies of all files submitted.
The Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd reserves the right to limit the amount of upload space provided.
2. Products and Services Not Provided:
Please note that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the Internet account and telecommunications services necessary to access the Site.
3. Charges/Fee(s)
This is no charge to our customers for the use of our FTP upload account.
4. License to Use the Site
Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd grants you, limited, revocable,
non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd Site, including but not limited to its software products and services.
The license extends only to use of the FTP Upload box. The license is exclusive to you and you may not sublicense the use of the Site or provide, disclose, distribute, transfer, or otherwise make available the Site to any individuals or entities that Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd has not specifically authorized to receive access to your account on the Site. Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd expressly retains all ownership rights, title and interest in and to all aspects of
Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd and the Site. You may use the Site only while this Agreement remains in effect. Under no circumstances shall you have any rights of any kind in or to the Site after any termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason.
5. About your account
You may place material ("Content") on the Site only in accordance with the following limitations.
You may NOT upload any of the following material on the Site or obtain any such material using the Site:
i) Any threatening, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd recommends you use an "adult-content" warning label when pictures are being shared that include legal adult content;
ii) Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity or copyrights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) whose likenesses are displayed in the material;
iii) Any material sent from an anonymous or false address.
The Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd is not responsible for its content, Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd reserves the right to remove, delete, move or edit Content that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of the law, including but not limited to copyright or trademark law, or otherwise unacceptable...
Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd will not be liable for the content of any submission. You agree to indemnify Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd for any violation of this provision.
6. Access to your account
You understand that Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd can access your Account and provide access to third parties for the following reasons:
i) We can remind you of your password in case you forget it; if this becomes necessary, we send an e-mail upon your request to the address from which you opened your Account;
7. Unauthorized Access to Accounts of Others.
You may not obtain or seek to obtain access to materials on the Site for which your access is not authorized, including materials belonging to other Users. Any attempt to circumvent firewalls or other security devices of the Site is a violation of this Agreement. You agree to indemnify Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd for any violation of this provision.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd, their officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, any third-party information providers and other users of the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your Account or the Site (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your Account.
8. Termination by Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd
Graphics & Print (Telford) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Site and remove and discard any Content.
